Description | Measurement of relaxin by Rapid ImmunoMigration. In dogs, relaxin can be detected as early as 22 days of pregnancy, with the highest concentrations occurring at 42-56 days of pregnancy. In cats, relaxin can be detected as early as 25 days but more reliably after 31 days of pregnancy. | ||||||

Sampling Requirements | Do not store at room temperature for more than 4 hours. Samples can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. If the delay between collection and analysis is expected to be greater than 2 days, the separated serum or plasma should be frozen. | ||||||
