The Texas A&M Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Laboratory’s (TVMDL) Amarillo laboratory hosted their annual winter meeting on January 17. Primarily targeted toward livestock producers, attendees listened to presentations covering African Swine Fever, bluetongue virus, and the interface between wildlife and livestock diseases. Terry Hensley, MS, DVM, assistant agency director for diagnostic services, also updated the group on TVMDL’s goals for the coming year.
