At this time, all Texas A&M Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Laboratory (TVMDL) locations are operating under normal business hours. Although we have limited staffing at all locations, we have not limited our services. TVMDL is fully committed to providing our clients with timely and accurate diagnostic testing.
However, in light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, FedEx and UPS have temporarily suspended their service guarantees. Because of this, TVMDL may experience delays in receiving sample submissions and therefore, turnaround times may be extended.
TVMDL values the essential role our clients play in both animal and public health, especially during these unprecedented times. We stand ready to assist our clients and value their patience.
