24/7/365 access to your case information
All TVMDL clients have an account. Upon login to their account, clients can access accession information, invoices, test results, and more. Using your TVMDL account allows easy access to your information beyond TVMDL’s business hours.
If you would like to access your account, but have not done so before:
- Visit the TVMDL Portal.
- Enter the email address used to create your client account.
Click “Forgot password?” and follow the prompts to create a new password.
Don’t forget your TVMDL Submission Form
New and existing clients must include a TVMDL Submission Form with all submissions. If you are unsure of the most appropriate form to submit for your case, call a TVMDL lab.
