Zuber joins College Station laboratory at clinical pathologist

On September 1, Emily Zuber, DVM, joined the Texas A&M Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Laboratory’s, TVMDL, College Station lab as a clinical pathologist.

Zuber earned a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences from Texas A&M University in 2014 and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University, where she graduated cum laude, in 2019.

Following her academic career, she gained clinical experience as a small animals associate veterinarian in north Texas. In 2022, Zuber completed a diagnostic medicine internship at Kansas State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. While there, she provided after-hours support for the Kansas State Health Center Clinical Pathology Laboratory, participated in clinical pathology rounds, and contributed to daily casework, including writing cytology and blood smear reports.

Zuber comes to TVMDL from Auburn University where she recently completed her residency training. She joins a team of nationally renowned clinical pathologists who serve TVMDL’s 6,000-plus annual clients.
