Please remember to include the proper submission form(s) with your samples. An accession fee of $8.50 is applied to each accession/case, not each specimen.

As a reminder, turnaround times are estimates in business days and apply to individual tests. Actual reporting of test results depends on the full battery of tests requested, day of the week/time of day samples arrive at the testing laboratory, and the quantity/quality of samples submitted.
