Malignancy Profile [Referral]

1 mL fasting serum and 0.5 mL EDTA plasma

6-12 hour fasted sample is required. Avoid hemolysis. Freeze prior to shipping. Protect from light.

Serum and plasma: remove from red cells and place sample in an additive free transport tube. 

Label all samples. Ship overnight on cold packs or dry ice so sample arrives frozen.

This test is performed at the Michigan State University Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory in Lansing, MI.
