Detection of antibodies to Trypanosoma cruzi, the causative agent of Chagas disease, by indirect fluorescent antibody test. Performed at 1:20, 1:40, 1:80, 1:160, 1:320, 1:640, and 1:1280 dilutions.
Gross examination, specific gravity, biochemical analysis with confirmatory testing, and microscopic analysis of urine sample to complete a full urinalysis.
Measurement of urine cortisol by chemiluminescent assay and urine creatinine by colorimetric assay to determine urine cortisol creatinine ratio (UCCR).
