Measurement of selenium by inductively-coupled plasma/mass spectrometry. A tissue/feed prep fee will be added to tissue and feed specimens.
For birds, 0.6 mL EDTA whole blood is adequate.
Identification of bacterial pathogens that cause septicemia by culture.
Blood inoculated into blood culture media.
Detection of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), the causative agent of coronavirus disease (COVID-19), by real-time PCR.
One or more of the following: nasal swab, oropharyngeal swab, rectal swab.
Special slide stain as requested by the client.
